Clinic Dates: Tuesday, August 4th (Tomkins Cove Library)
Monday, August 10th (Garnerville Library)
Tuesday, August 18th (Garnerville Library)
Tuesday, August 25th (Garnerville Library)
Clinic Times: 6:00PM - 8:00PM
Location: Garnerville Library (on Route 202) and
Tomkins Cove Library (on Route 9W)
Additional clinics will be scheduled as needed.
Clinic Fee: $150.00 - Non-refundable
DUES (payable upon certification)

All members must complete state required modules.
